Today we operate a fleet of 8 vehicles from our 14,000 square foot warehouse on the Willow Lane Trading estate.
The current team consists of Ian (Managing Director) with Debbie and Grace running the office.
Debbie is our office manager and is ably assisted by Grace. They are responsible for the day to day running of the business. From taking customer calls, arranging survey appointments to preparing crews paperwork and corresponding with customers in preparation for their move date.
Surveys are carried out by Mark who has been in the removals Industry for over 30 years. His extensive knowledge comes from the fact he has worked his way up from a removal porter to driver, foreman and now Surveyor. He has been trained in all aspects of the removal industry Including Domestic, Commercial and International moves.
Our team on the road is headed by our Transport Manager Dave. He has been with the company for over 15 years. He ensures that all crews carry out their duties correctly. Making sure they use the correct materials and equipment in the correct way. He is also responsible for training new staff. His team consists of Gerald, Ian, Martin and Michael. Each of which can head up a team of guys to carry out your removal. All have been trained in packing fragile items including china, glass, pictures and mirrors. Along with the safe loading of our vehicles with furniture, they have also been trained to deal with more unusual pieces such as upright and Grand pianos, long case clocks and antique furniture.
To maintain the level in our service we employ a robust quality monitoring programme. We supply service quality questionnaires to all our customers along with a feedback form for checkatrade our on line review portal.
